In his position as vice president of construction, Kofoed is responsible for all facets of the REIT's construction projects including shopping centers and warehouses, as well as the construction due diligence activities for all acquisitions. He began his career as project manager for the Rouse Co. and moved over to Prime Retail Group as a vice president of development.
Pursell has been named director of investor relations. She will provide assistance to the investor and analyst communities and communication of the REIT's corporate activities to the public. Pursell is a CPA, whose stints included Deloitte & Touche, Chas. P. Young Co. and Jefferson Wells, a professional services firm where she was business development manager.
