The 100,087-sf class A, seven-month-old asset is fully leased to New York-based Novartis Corp. through July 2011. Technology Park/Atlanta Inc. developed the property.
Resource Real Estate Partners brokered the sales transaction. Located at 11695 Johns Creek Parkway in the North Fulton/South Forsyth County area, the property is situated on 7.6 acres within the Johns Creek Park complex.
