BOMA Bestows Local TOBY on Marathon Oil Tower

HOUSTON-The 1.25-million sf Marathon Oil Tower becomes a two-time TOBY winner in the one million sf plus category. Honored by the local BOMA chapter, the Cushman & Wakefield-managed 41-story tower now moves onto the regionals.

HOUSTON-Houston’s Marathon Oil Tower has garnered a second TOBY award for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. The landmark CBD building has won in the over one million sf category in the local BOMA competition.

Totaling 1.25 million sf, the 41-story granite office tower located at 5555 San Felipe was judged not only on its modern structure, but also on mechanical operations, air handling, amenities, elevators, tenant relations programs, training for building personnel, facilities for disabled persons, parking areas, roof and building plans and budget.
