Fanueil Hall Toy Store Expands to 8,000-SF Space

BOSTON-The co-founders of a Fanueil Hall retail store say their expansion space at the center will result in Northern New England's largest independent toy emporium.

BOSTON-The duo behind a new Boston retail operation say theirs is the largest independent toy store in Northern New England. Dubbed zoinks!, the toy mega-store is located in historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

The store has been housed in Faneuil’s North Building for roughly six months, facing the waterfront and North End. Later this summer, the retailer will move a few doors down to an 8,000-sf space, according to co-founders Thomas Brown and Ed Roberts. According to Brown, the seven-year lease carries a rent of $70 per sf.
