MC Development Corp. of Phoenix has spent $478,270 on its 73,580-sf parcel. The Denali National Trust is the seller. MC Development intends to construct a building for its own use.

Pat Harlan and Steve Sayre, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., represented the seller in the transaction. Anita Lawrence, a broker with Coldwell Banker Success, negotiated on the buyer's behalf.

Similarly, Phoenix-based DITRON Inc. is planning an owner-occupied project on its 1.43-acre tract. The electronic contract manufacturer has paid $405,000 to ORECX III LLC. The buyer will be relocating from 2020 W. Quail in the Deer Valley area.

Pat Harlan and Steve Sayre, both of Cushman & Wakefield, brokered the deal for the seller. Bob Deininger of Johnson & Associates in Scottsdale represented the buyer.
