Another R&D transaction recently occurred in the county, involving a lease at Cypress Business Park. Dayton, OH-based MCSi, which specializes in designing and installing video conferencing and communications equipment, inked a five-year agreement for 31,000 sf of office and R&D space in the Cypress property. The 10-acre Cypress Business Park, which is owned by Prologis California LLC, consists of three buildings that encompass a total of 145,000 sf.
