Tietronix Software Inc., a NASA contractor, is relocating its corporate headquarters. Come May 1, the company will be vacating 1335 Regents Park Dr. and moving into 1331 Gemini in the NASA/Clear Lake submarket.

A growth-oriented company, the software firm is doubling its size and expanding staff with the lease of the 11,763-sf office space. Brad Marnitz of NAI Partners Commercial said the short-term lease for "three or four years" is a hybrid deal in that it assumes some sublease space for a year and then extends the lease for a new term.

Marnitz and Adam Brackman, both with NAI Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction. Mike Adams of PM Realty Group in Houston brokered on behalf of building owner, KBS Capital.

Start-up company Damon Disposal signed a five-year lease for an industrial space on 3.5 acres located at 12303 Amelia. About 10,000 sf is encompassed in the building trio, which consists of an office building and two structures for storing materials and equipment.

Ric Kiersh and John Ferruzzo, both of NAI Partners Commercial, represented private investor owner, Roger Shiflett. Jim Stark of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Houston office negotiated for the tenant. The firm will contract for debris removal at home-building sites in subdivisions.
