Although details were not available, Jason Whittington of Houston-based NAI Partners Commercial said the lease is long term. Initiatives for Children's office space is part of a three-story building in the seven-building West Memorial Park office complex. The nonprofit organization focuses on improving the quality and availability of child care and education.
Whittington represented the tenant in the transaction. Bill Stone of Jones Lang LaSalle's Houston office, bargained for the building owner, West Memorial Park Office LP.
