Norcross Center Sells for $8M

ATLANTA-Centre Stage Associates LLC has sold the 95,357-sf, 98%-leased retail property in suburban Atlanta for $8.06 million or about $85 per sf to Centre Stage Property LLC of Alpharetta, GA.

Kroger Foods anchors Centre Stage with a 58,590-sf store at 6050 Peachtree Parkway. Other tenants are Babbages, Kamon Japanese Restaurant, CiCi Pizza, Lane Scott Dollar Daze, China Master, Travel Agents International, Volt Staffing, Bon Yong, Mailboxes Etc, Fantastic Sams, Smoothie King and Uptown Gourmet.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. brokers Ed Nutting and Jeff Enck handled the transaction.
