Olympic Gymnastics has paid more than $1.7 million for the property. Encompassing 12,512 sf, the newly acquired facility stands at 26601 Cabot. It is located in the Saddleback Technology Park.

Olympic Gymnastics was represented by John Hall of the Lee & Associates – Irvine Spectrum office. Jeff Cannon of Zuvich Cannon Associates in Irvine acted on behalf of the seller, James Roache.

The recent sale follows on the heels of another Orange County industrial transaction, involving a Santa Ana facility. The 43,484-sf industrial building was acquired by Lomax and Associates LLC dba Austin Hardwoods & Hardware. The company paid $3.6 million for the property, which it purchased from Santa Ana Business Center Venture LLC.

Lomax and Associates has already occupied the facility, which it is using to operate a lumber and hardware store. Completed in 2001, the property is located at 610 N. Santiago.
