Three Properties Sell for More Than $7.4M

PHOENIX-Metro sellers have hawked a 34,405-sf retail center, 6,725-sf restaurant and 128-space mobile home and RV park, raking in a combined $7.4 million plus for the holdings in Mesa, Phoenix and Tucson.

PHOENIX-A retail center, a restaurant and a mobile home park have been sold in transactions totaling more than $7.4 million.

The Coconut Grove Retail Center in Mesa was sold by Manatee Investments LLC of Flagstaff to Coconut Grove Properties LLC of Mesa in a transaction valued at $2.6 million. The 34,405-sf retail center is located at 2820 East University. Both parties in the transaction were represented by Doug Fielding of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office.
