The Coconut Grove Retail Center in Mesa was sold by Manatee Investments LLC of Flagstaff to Coconut Grove Properties LLC of Mesa in a transaction valued at $2.6 million. The 34,405-sf retail center is located at 2820 East University. Both parties in the transaction were represented by Doug Fielding of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office.
The Black Angus Restaurant located at 27th Avenue and Runion Drive in Phoenix was sold by CNL Funding 2002-A LP of Orlando, FL in a transaction valued at $2.4 million. The 6,725-sf eatery was purchased by Burton M. Saft of San Diego, CA. Chris Kosteanecki of Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office represented the seller. Mike McClain of the firm's Tucson office negotiated for the buyer.
Abe Slilaty of Sun Valley Park LLC, based in Tucson, sold the Valley of the Sun Mobile Home/RV Park in Marana in a deal valued at nearly $2.4 million. The 128-space property, located at 13377 N. Sandario Rd., was purchased by Al Spall of Spall Enterprises Inc. of Queen Creek. Jon Harrison of Marcus & Millichap's Tucson team represented the seller while Bill Bailey with the firm's Chicago office brokered the deal on the buyer's behalf.
