The 120-acre, master-planned site includes office and high-tech buildings, and commercial services to support the business park's tenants. The park, under developmentby Bloomington, MN-based United Properties, is located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 94 and Inwood Avenue.

The Bremer Service Center was established in 1995 at its current location at 260 East Wentworth Avenue in West St. Paul with 88 employees. Through acquisitions and internal growth, the service center has grown to more than 250 employees and has outgrown the 30,000-sf West St. Paul facility.

The new 100,000-sf facility in Lake Elmo will house more than 300 employees and allow Bremer to consolidate its central operations function under one roof. Bremer Service Center provides operational and technical support including deposit operations, loan operations, mortgage processing, risk management, technology, and call center for Bremer's 11 bank charters across the three-state region.

Stan Dardis, president and CEO of Bremer Financial Corp., says the new location will enable his company to improve its operational capabilities and improvethe level of service.

United Properties will manage development and construction on the new building for Bremer. The construction project is expected to be ready for occupancy in October 2002, with an official move-in date anticipated in November 2002.

Bremer, a $5.1 billion regional financial services company with more than 100 locations in the Upper Midwest is owned by the Otto Bremer Foundation intends to sellits current service center building in West St. Paul.
