Interior Architects has resided on 11th floor of the 28-floor, 566,434-sf contemporary high rise for the past eight years. The architectural firm will remain at the same address, but move its 40 employees to a new 12,447-sf office on the building's 17th floor.
Built in 1991, 550 S. Hope is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation's largest publicly held office building owner and manager. The building is currently 95.7% leased.
