  • Philips Petroleum, 2,826 sf; represented by George Relyea of CB Richard Ellis;

The Seagram Building was acquired 16 months ago by RFR. It was designed by Mies van der Rohe and Philip Johnson, and was constructed in 1958. Additional office tenants include: Joseph E. Seagram & Sons Inc, Fiat USA Inc, Daimler Chrysler Motors Corp. and Phillips Petroleum.
