PM's Dils Gets Regional Post; Driver Wins Senior VP Status

ATLANTA-Houston-based PM Realty Group has promoted senior vice president/leasing director Steve Dils to senior vice president/director, Atlanta region, and moved up J. William Driver to senior vice president status from vice president/operations. The promotions come after senior executive Ray Owens left to enter private real estate investment fields, according to PM’s prepared statement.

Dils, a former quarterback with the Atlanta Falcons, Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Rams will oversee PM’s leasing, property management and construction management activities in the region. He is a 20-year real estate professional, joining PM in November 2001. He formerly worked at Atlanta-based Cypress Communications as managing director/corporate development; and at PC Associates where he was leasing/marketing director.
