Skin-Care Firm Leases Space for Newest Education Center

PHOENIX-The Dermal Group picks an office location in Scottsdale's Highland Park for its 10th US location, one of two new International Dermal Institutes that will open this spring. The center offers post-graduate education for skin-care professionals.

PHOENIX-The Dermal Group, owners of skin care educational institutions nationwide, has leased 3,467 sf of office space at Scottsdale’s Highland Park office complex.

The tenant will use the space for its International Dermal Institute, a post-graduate education center for skin-care professionals. The tenant is the developer of Dermalogica skin- and hair-care products.

The new site is located at 4725 N. Scottsdale Rd. It is one of two new locations planned to open in the spring. The tenant currently has nine locations up and running in the US as well as skin-care schools in the United Kingdom, Ireland, German and Australia.
