Garth Olsen of Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing of Cosmos Lynnwood Center. The property offers the high-end finishes and features typical of a downtown class A building, but are rarely found in the suburban market. These include high speed elevators, generous underground and surface parking and a lobby.

The building is similar in design and function to the Mountlake Terrace Corporate Center, just three and a half miles to the south.
