ERG International, an office furniture design and distribution firm, has committed to purchase a 40,000-sf building that will be used to expand the company's operations, while the second, 45,000-sf building is being developed on a speculative basis and will be for sale or lease when both buildings are completed in late summer. Zephyr Development, based in Thousand Oaks, is partnering with Centex Commercial Development on the project, with CB Richard Ellis' Jerry Stenike and Jim Hindle handling leasing and sales.

The project is the second and final phase of a five-building, 270,000-sf business center that included 180,000 sf allotted among three buildings during Phase one. Robert Goetsch, president of Zephyr Development, has worked with Centex Commercial Development on previous projects within Northfield Business Park and the nearby Camarillo Ranch Business Park development.
