Basketball Town, a 25,000-sf facility, is located off Highway 50 in Rancho Cordova in the Sacramento Sportsplex. The complex consists of three basketball courts, an upper deck lounge with pool tables and television sets, food court, childcare and party/meeting rooms.

The developers signed a lease last year at the 16-acre, $30 million Sacramento Sportsplex in Rancho Cordova, which is also the home of Hudson Aquatics Center, an eight-lane indoor swimming pool. Construction began immediately and is nearly complete.

Once the center starts turning a significant profit, the developers plan to build new Basketball Towns, which could be about 60,000-80,000-sf. Basketball Town representatives have kept the opening costs of Basketball Town confidential.
