Rola-Trac provided one million sf of temporary, synthetic-build roadways for the British Army fighting rebels in the mountain regions of Kosovo in 1999, according to the company's Web site. Rola-Trac will use the Sanford space to store plastic flooring.
Michael Heidrich, vice president, NAI Realvest Partners Inc., negotiated for Rola-Trac. Jack Hines of the Orlando Group represented Treadmasters Inc., the building's owner.
