Intrado Adds 66,000 SF, 2 Years to Lease

LONGMONT, CO-An original $25.7-million lease deal is now worth $43 million, after fast-growing Intrado extends the term to 10 years and its space at Boulder County Business Center to 276,000 sf.

LONGMONT, CO-Intrado, a fast-growing company that provides 911 services for telecommunications companies and public safety organizations, extended and expanded its lease in a building owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors owns the 547,000-sf Boulder County Business Center at 1610 Dry Creek, in this city near Boulder.

Intrado, formerly called SCC Communications, expanded its world headquarters lease to 276,000 sf from 210,000 sf.

In addition, Intrado extended its lease term from eight years to 10 years. The original lease was valued at $25.725 million. The total lease value with the extension and expansion is now $43 million.
