The 16-acre site--renamed London gate--is just ten minutes by car from Heathrow, 1.5 miles from the M4 motorway, and 20 minutes from Paddington Station by rail. It will also benefit from the proposed new Heathrow Express station at Hayes.

The six buildings are being converted into 560,000 sf Category A office space with floorplates of between 15,500 and 68,000 sf. The Gensler-designed complex will be set around a dramatic central water feature with 1,500 car parking spaces, a health club and a restaurant.

The first speculative building, 1 London Gate, will provide 105,750 sf on six floors and is due for completion in late Summer 2002.
