@Home also bought the buildings housing Ramaley Liquor at 666 Grand Ave. and the Grand Tavern at 656 Grand Ave., but does not plan any changes to those facilities. Both buildings include office or apartments on their upper level.
The three buildings were recently sold to @Home Apartments for $2.2 million. Jim Kenney and Greg Hayes of Colliers Towle are helping @Home with the development.
