ST. PAUL, MN-Once Hamline Auto Body moves to its new location at the end of April, multifamily rental owner and developer @Home Apartments may tear down their formerquarters on Grand Avenue and build a new retail-office complex. The developer has plans for a first level of up to 9,000 sf of retail or office space, a second level of10,000 sf devoted to office, and underground parking, according to Colliers Towle, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm involved in the deal.

@Home also bought the buildings housing Ramaley Liquor at 666 Grand Ave. and the Grand Tavern at 656 Grand Ave., but does not plan any changes to those facilities. Both buildings include office or apartments on their upper level.
