Jack Mayesh Wholesale leased the space from E. P. Industrial Complex. The company says the new space augments its nearby headquarters, also on 104th St, and enables it to occupy the entire building which they had previously co-occupied with another tenant.
The flower distributor has scheduled an early April occupancy of the space, which is located at 5401 W. 104th St. The concrete tilt-up structure features vital cross-docking capabilities, according to the landlord's broker on the deal.
