In his new post, JLL's former business development director is responsible for overseeing all retail strategies, including leasing, specialty leasing, management, development services, tenant coordination and consumer marketing.
A 20-year veteran of the industry, Maloney formerly headed the retail corporate solutions department and was responsible for client relationships and tenant representation strategies as business development director. Prior to that, Maloney was director of property management for the group.
He has also held management positions with Equity Properties, Homart Development Co. (now General Growth Properties) and Sears Roebuck & Co. Based in Chicago, Jones Lang LaSalle has 725 million sf of property under management worldwide.
