Michael Angelo's will use the space for making pasta and related items. It declined not to disclose the terms of the lease and did not have a broker. The privately held company, which has more than 600 employees, moved to Austin in 1992 from California. It makes Italian-style entrees such as lasagnas, parmesans, stuffed pastas and calzones. The company's 132,000-sf operation abuts the leased property.
The company's 40,000 sf is part of a 96,000-sf building in the Corridor Park Corporate Center at 3816 Jarrett Way. The center has 774,500 sf and 10 buildings. Tenants include Kinetics Inc., Dresser Wayne, Dresser Inc., Compaq Computer Corp. and MagRabbit Inc. ProLogis, based in Denver, owns, manages or has under development 1,721 distribution facilities in 99 markets around the world.
