Fesser is assigned to ensure and safety and security of the site, as well as to see that the space is designed and allocated to optimize productivity and cost effectiveness.

Fesser, Minnesota Life's staff architect, played a key role in the design and construction of the company's new campus expansion, the 401 Robert building. Prior to his promotion, Fesser was manager of space planning for the company. He has a BA degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota.
