The Pro Colors lease is a renewal. The company originally signed a three-year deal in April 1999. The business says it wanted to stay in the same space because the location is convenient and familiar to their clients and also, in practicality, it is expensive to relocate a 19,000-sf business.
This space is designed for its current needs, so Pro Colors are happy to remain, according to the company. There is a small office area at the front of the building, but the space is mostly set up for production and warehousing, as per the business' needs.
Pro Colors is a commercial printing business that prints personalized messages on writing instruments--company logos, corporate giveaways, sales incentive items, etc.The lessor, an affiliate of Westcore Industrial Properties, was Hathaway II LLC. Both sides in the transaction represented themselves.
