In the larger deal, the primary structure is a one- and partial two-story industrial warehouse building with a partial basement constructed in 1975. The building owned by Dunkeld Co. LLC. has been completely renovated and converted to office, retail and warehouse use. Hyder Construction, Inc., the Sherwin Williams Co. and Paper Plus are tenants.

The first floor has retail storefronts on Santa Fe Drive with a warehouse area in the rear. The second-story space is finished for office use. Total rentable area as leased is 31,337 sf.

The three-story building at 2 West Dry Creek Circle in Littleton, CO, constructed in 1984, totals 18,318 sf and is the headquarters for Colorado Real Estate & Investment Co., a national manufactured housing community. It is owned by Dry Creek Limited Partnership.

Charlie Webb, vice president and senior producer of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing for both borrowers.
