DENVER-NorthMarq Capital has arranged $2.5 million in permanent financing for two separate borrowers. The owner of a two building, mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of Santa Fe Drive and West 5th Avenue received a $1.5-million mortgage while $1 million in financing was arranged for the 2 West Dry Creek office building.

In the larger deal, the primary structure is a one- and partial two-story industrial warehouse building with a partial basement constructed in 1975. The building owned by Dunkeld Co. LLC. has been completely renovated and converted to office, retail and warehouse use. Hyder Construction, Inc., the Sherwin Williams Co. and Paper Plus are tenants.

The first floor has retail storefronts on Santa Fe Drive with a warehouse area in the rear. The second-story space is finished for office use. Total rentable area as leased is 31,337 sf.
