The site is located at the southwest corner of Mission Blvd. and Milliken Ave. The project will be known as the Milliken Commerce Center. It will include two facilities, one a 99,825-sf building and the other a 71,565-sf building.
The two buildings will be used for distribution and manufacturing, with each having roughly 2,500 sf of office space and the rest utilized for warehousing. The project is slated to break ground in July 2002 with completion expected in January 2003. The land was sold by Prologis, which is based out of Aurora, Colo.
Ron Washle and Milo Lipson of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented the seller, Prologis, in the transaction. Anthony Brent and Brett Tremaine of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, MKJ Milliken Commerce Center.
