The company has paid $3.7 million for the property, known as Mission Oaks Plaza. Located at the northwest corner of Mission Oaks Boulevard and Woodcreek Road, the complex is anchored by Vons and Sav-on Drugs. They occupy 72,545 sf in the center. Managed by Stacey Monroe, the property is currently 100% leased.
Donahue Schriber has purchased the Mission Oaks Plaza from Pardee Construction of Los Angeles. This recent acquisition has brought the company's portfolio up to 63 neighborhood, community, regional and community lifestyle shopping centers that it owns and/or operates. Its properties, which are scattered throughout California, Nevada and Arizona, encompass a total of more than 14 million sf.
Established 33 years ago, Donahue Schriber has been operating as a private REIT since January 1997. The company has developed or redeveloped more than 15 million sf of retail space throughout its 33-year history.
