"We're growing out of the space we're in now, so it will be wonderful to be in the new building," Long & Foster's Centreville office manager Patricia Lawless tells GlobeSt.com. "We're definitely on the upward move so we need space commensurate with our growth." Associates will occupy the second floor, which accounts for 11,000 sf of space, 4,000 sf more than the staffers have in their current location at 14260 Centreville Square.

The company's insurance office and Prosperity Mortgage will occupy space on the second floor. Keeping in line with the company goal of providing full-service access for its customers, Lawless says it would be a coup to get a travel agency to lease some of the remaining space. Lawless was unaware of the cost to construct the building, or the going leasing rate for space in the structure.
