Noodles & Co. Considers Workers in Space Pick

BOULDER, CO-Noodles & Co. founder Aaron Kennedy tells GlobeSt.com he might have gotten a 30% discount at an office complex, but chooses 23,000 sf at 2950 Pearl St. because it better fits the corporate culture.

BOULDER, CO-Like many companies bursting at the seams, Noodles & Co. needed to make a decision. Should it move into the cheapest space available, or should it pay more for space it really needed?

It chose the latter.

”I showed them several spaces I list in Interlocken, and they said it didn’t fit with their corporate culture,” Tom Lee, a top broker at the Frederick Ross Co. tells GlobeSt.com. ”They wanted to remain in Boulder. I can’t fault them for that.”
