Shops at Waterford is a 130,000-sf shopping center which is scheduled for completion by the middle of 2002. The center will be anchored by a 52,000-sf Safeway and will feature public plazas and outdoor dining areas. The Shops at Waterford is a commercial development consisting of a variety of shops and restaurants connected to a multi-story apartment complex located between Park Drive and Tassajara Road at Dublin Boulevard. It is being developed by Shea Properties.
Adams and Belkin signed a long-term lease for the restaurant, which will be called Stacey's Waterford, valued at approximately $3.60 per sf per month. Cornish & Carey brokered the deal.
