The local portfolio is made up of six quality office projects located in Downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul, the western suburbs and Roseville. REIT Management & Research also has selected United to provide maintenance, engineering and construction services atthe buildings. The office portfolio includes:
* Rosedale Corporate Plaza, a 234,000-sf, five-building office complex located at County Road C and I-35W, Roseville.
* Towle Building, a 197,000-sf office property located at Third Street and Second Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis.
* Quadrant Office Building, a 104,000-sf office building located near I-694 and Boone Avenue, Brooklyn Park.
* Capitol Office Building, a 75,000-sf office building located just north of the Minnesota State Capitol building, St. Paul.
* Superior Plaza, a 62,000-sf office building located near Highway 169 and I-394, St. Louis Park.
* Willow Creek Plaza, a 46,000-sf office building located near Betty Crocker Drive and Highway 169, Plymouth.
"We have three coordinated leasing teams, one based in the west metro, one in the east metro and one in Downtown Minneapolis, each made up of brokers that specialize in that geographic area," says Mike Ohmes, vice president of brokerage services for Bloomington, MN-based United.
Susan Clouser, area manager for the Twin Cities office of REIT Management & Research, says she liked United's "targeted approach to leasing."
