United Properties Lands REIT Management Job

BLOOMINGTON, MN-The deal involves six office buildings totaling 718,000 sf, led by Rosedale Corporate Plaza, a 234,000-sf, five-building office complex located at County Road C and I-35W in suburban Roseville.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United Properties has landed a leasing assignment for a 718,000-sf. Twin Cities office portfolio from REIT Management & Research. The six-building portfolio is managed locally by REIT Management & Research, the property management division of the ownership, HRPT Properties Trust.

The local portfolio is made up of six quality office projects located in Downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul, the western suburbs and Roseville. REIT Management & Research also has selected United to provide maintenance, engineering and construction services atthe buildings. The office portfolio includes:

* Rosedale Corporate Plaza, a 234,000-sf, five-building office complex located at County Road C and I-35W, Roseville.
