The company, EnviroSupply & Service has paid $1.1 million for the industrial and manufacturing building. Completed in 1972, the one-story facility features a 16-ft clearance height and 800 amps of power. In addition, it has one dock high door and one ground level door, as well as a parking ratio of 2:1.
EnviroSupply & Service will be the sole occupant in the building. The distributor, which has 10 sites across the nation, is relocating to the Irvine building from its current Southern California branch at 17150 Newhope Street in Fountain Valley.
John Wadsworth of the Irvine office of Colliers Seeley International acted on behalf of EnviroSupply & Service. The seller, Lay, Raskin & Associates, was represented by Barry Knudson and Chip Wright of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis Inc.
