Gautier USA Expands Lease to 40,627 SF

MIAMI-The Pompano Beach, FL-based furniture distributor is taking another 20,000 sf for eight years at an estimated aggregate value of $2.24 million at the 105,487-sf, 14-year-old Sample 95 Business Park in Pompano Beach.

MIAMI-International furniture distributor Gautier USA Inc. is remaining at the 105,487-sf Sample 95 Business Park in Pompano Beach, FL for another eight years at least.

The United States distribution arm of the France-based firm is adding 20,000 sf to its facility, growing its space to 40,627 sf. The estimated aggregate value of the eight-year lease is $2.24 million. Average quoted rent at the 14-year-old, 63%-leased park is $14 per sf.
