The buyer, Triple Net Properties LLC, has paid $23.6 million for the six-building office complex. Completed in July 1999, the property is comprised of two-story facilities that range in size from 20,564 sf to 36,675 sf. Tenants here include Orange County Register, V-systems (Esker Inc.), Valor Computerized Systems and Computer Education Institute. The complex was 78% leased at the time of sale. Located at 25341-25391 Commercecentre Dr., it is situated within the 286-acre Pacific Commercecentre business community.

Triple Net Properties LLC was represented in-house, while the seller was represented by a Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of John Gallivan, A. Martin Morgenstern, Rick Hamilton and Jon E. Nesbitt. Gallivan and his Cushman & Wakefield colleagues Mark McAdams and Scott Garmon have been retained by Triple Net Properties as exclusive leasing agents for Pacific Corporate Park.
