According to the company, it reduced its space needs after capitalizing on evolving efficiencies in healthcare, information technology and record keeping.
The 70-year-old health care clinic will reduce its occupancy from 150,000 sf of space to approximately 100,000 sf at its administrative headquarters and primary clinic/urgent care facility. The medical group has committed to an additional eight-year lease term at this location, home of Harriman Jones since the building was erected in 1988.
David Kluth and Onno Zwaneveld, corporate managing directors in Studley's Downtown Los Angeles office represented the tenant in the $15 million transaction. The landlord, Goldrich & Kest, was represented by Mike Sidney of Cushman & Wakefield.
