The company, which services medical providers, is using the first and second floor expansion and relocation space as its new headquarters facility. Spaulding & Slye Colliers Assistant Vice President Matthew Daniels negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant. The owner and manager of the property is IRG Wakefield, Inc.

In a released statement Samuel Rotondi, owner and president of Samuel Rotondi Esquire, credits this move with helping the company grow. According to Cushman & Wakefield's numbers for the first quarter of this year, this area's overall vacancy rate is still hovering at 23%. This area's availability rate in the fourth quarter of 2000, according to Spaulding & Slye Colliers International was 6.7%.
