The retail center totals approximately 83,000 sf on nine acres. The center is anchored by a 45,000-sf Vons and an 18,000-sf Sav-on, with 20,000 f of shops and pads. The additional tenants that are occupying the new center are Century 21, Subway, Panda Fresh and Fantastic Sams. The project is 100% occupied.

The Moorpark Planning Commission just last week revised the city lighting ordinance giving developers more lighting options. Light poles may now extend to 25 feet in height and the candle lights, in the center's parking lot, to 8.3 feet in just 3% of the total area of the Marketplace.

The project is owned by an affiliate of CP Investments, which is represented by its President, Dan Alessio. CP Investments, Inc. specializes in the acquisition and development of grocery anchored strip shopping centers. CP Investments currently owns property throughout the state of California.
