Brady was formerly executive director of the Multifamily Housing Institute, a national research and education organization supported by multifamily real estate owners, lenders, property managers, servicers and other industry leaders. In that position, Brady shepherded the development and broad industry acceptance of a nationwide cooperative performance database, according to a released statement. He simultaneously served as chief information officer of the Urban Land Institute, of which the Multifamily Housing Institute was an affiliate.
In the statement, Noel Webster, president of McCracken, says that the company is anticipating that Brady will help it build a resource of unbiased information services for the commercial mortgage industry. The statement claims Brady has been a vocal proponent of the commercial mortgage industry need for "more accurate, comprehensive, and integrated information services."
McCracken provides loan servicing solutions for over $500 billion in loans worldwide.
