Tech Ridge Center's Retail Roster Pushes 100% Mark

AUSTIN-Negotiations are under way with three retailers that would close off inline space availability in the 115,000-sf first phase of the Duhrman & Bassett project. This week, Panda Express will open as a prelude to six other starts.

AUSTIN-This week’s restaurant opening for Panda Express heralds a rush of new retail at the Tech Ridge Center at Interstate 35 and Parmer Lane in northeast Austin. Over the next month, other stores joining Tech Ridge’s retail roll will be TGF Haircutters, Subway, Top Hat Cleaners, Marble Slab Creamery, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Loan Star Optical.

The center’s 115,000-sf first phase is 90% leased. Negotiations are under way with three other tenants to bring the center to 100% occupancy. A 90,000-sf H-E-B grocery store anchors the center.
