Ferrell Schultz Carter Zumpano & Fertel is expanding and taking 23,537 sf for 10 years at an estimated total rent of $7.53 million. Black, Srebnick & Kornspan is extending its 6,002-sf lease for another three years at an estimated rent of $576,192.
Average quoted full-service rents are $29 per sf to $34.50 per sf, according to Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. which manages the property for owner Crescent Miami Center LLC.
