The project entailed $5 million in repairs to the Mesa Vista North complex, an upscale development surrounded by a golf course in the San Juan Capistrano Valley. Developed by Mesa Vista HOA, the complex contains five different floor plans and four different exterior elevations.

The scope of the work on Mesa Vista North included structural repairs, street and foundation repairs, a complete re-roofing and exterior painting. In addition, extensive seismic structural repairs were made on the interiors of the complex's garages and units.

San Diego-based Wermers Multi-Family Corp. was the general contractor on the project and Golba Architecture, also of San Diego, was the architect. Construction management was handled by Pinnacle One and property management provided by Keystone Pacific Property Management. Subcontractors included Petronella Roofing and Qwik Bilt Construction.
