One Financial is a 46-story office tower located right near South Station. Among its tenants are Mintz Levin and Loomis Sayles. Brown Rudnick's renewal and expansion is good news for the building, which saw Standish Mellon vacate 100,000 sf two months ago.
J. Michael Flynn, senior vice president at Meredith & Grew, Inc. ONCOR International, represented Brown Rudnick in the transaction. MetLife and Rose Associates, the building's owners, represented themselves. In addition to its office here, Brown Rudnick has offices in Hartford, London, New York and Providence and a recently opened office in Dublin, Ireland.
